  • May I see program samples before I purchase?

  • Am I allowed to alter the program content?
    Yes! Each program is fully customizable so you can personalize each aspect of the program for your specific industry, organization or participant group.  The programs come ready-to-train, but you may add your logo or change any of the content to suit your training needs. 

  • What is the difference between a multi-trainer and single-trainer license?
    A single-trainer license includes a license for a single trainer to deliver the workshop to  unlimited  participants.  This is best for an independent trainer or a smaller company that is only going to have one trainer at a time delivering the workshop.

    A multi-trainer license includes licensing for multiple trainers in the same organization to deliver the workshop to unlimited participants. Multi-Trainer licenses should be purchased by companies that are planning to have multiple trainers deliver the workshop.

  • How will I receive the program?
    If you choose the immediate download option, the training program is distributed electronically. You will receive a compressed file that includes all of the necessary components included in the training program package plus the bonus materials. If you have purchased a multi-trainer license, you will receive one file with permission to distribute the file to the number of licensee's purchased. After your transaction has been processed you will automatically be taken to our secure download area.   • Can I put the training program on a network server?
    Yes, However, you must acquire a license for each separate trainer that will deliver the workshop.

  • Can our multi-trainer license be used in multiple geographic locations?
    As long as the training program is still in use by the same organization, then yes, the training program can be used at more than one geographical site. Each trainer, regardless of location, will count toward the total number of trainers licensed.

  • If I copy the training program on both my laptop and desktop, does that take up two licenses?
    If a trainer would like a copy of the training program on both a home and work computer (or a laptop and desktop), this type of use would still qualify as one "trainer" license provided the training program files are being used by a single trainer, and the training program is not being used by multiple trainers.
